Click on Proceed after going through Instructions , a login page open. For the first time user need to click on New User link. If user already have login he may login with his/her login Id & Password.

New user need to fill Registration Form . After registration he/she also receive his/her LoginID on E-Mail and Mobile.

Once logged in, User can search his/her Deed Documents on filling the required parameters i.e. Property locality, Subregistrar Office, Registration Number, Registartion Year and Book Number.
